Brouge Restaurant and BarEsher, Surrey is a family run pub restaurant serving fresh food in therestaurant. Brouge Esher is the sister company of Brouge in Twickenham.
We cater for functionswith set menus or buffet, for weddings, Esher races and a high number ofregular customer base.
We are all about greatfood and service hence we’re looking to hire a motivated and passionatecandidate to join our experienced kitchen team.
As a Sous Chef you arerequired to have experience as either Senior Chef De Partie or Junior Sous Chefin a similar environment where you are used to working well in a team, servinga consistently high standard of food in a busy environment. We will equip youwith all you need and develop your skills further with potential to move up thechef ranks. You are required to be confident in running a section and have anatural people management style.
£28,000 salary per annumplus tips, plus bonus, 28 days paid holidays. 45-48 hours per week, some splitshifts and some straight shifts with breaks. 2 days off a week. Overtime ispaid if you wish to work overtime.
We provide uniforms andknifes and launder your uniform even if you’re comfortable wearing your own.
We will feed you whilstyou are working and you receive 50% staff discount when you dine with yourfamily in our restaurant.
