Brouge Gastropub Twickenham is a family run pub restaurant servingfresh food in the restaurant, bar and garden in the summer.
We cater for functions with set menus or buffet, forweddings, rugby matches and a high number of regular customer base.
We are all about great food and service hence we’re lookingto hire a motivated and passionate candidate to join our experienced kitchenteam.
As a Sous Chef you are required to have experience as eitherSenior Chef De Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a similar environment where youare used to working well in a team, serving a consistently high standard offood in a busy environment. We will equip you with all you need and developyour skills further with potential to move up the chef ranks. You are requiredto be confident in running a section and have a natural people managementstyle.
Competitive pay plus tips plus bonus, 28 days paid holidays.40-45 hours per week, some split shifts and some straight shifts with breaks. 2days off a week. Overtime is paid if you wish to work overtime.
We provide uniforms and knifes and launder your uniform evenif you’re comfortable wearing your own.
We will feed you whilst you are working and you receive 50%staff discount when you dine with your family in our restaurant.
