Brouge Restaurant and Bar Esher, Surrey is a family run pubrestaurant serving fresh food in the restaurant. Brouge Esher is the sistercompany of Brouge in Twickenham.
We cater for functions with set menus or buffet, forweddings, Esher races and a high number of regular customer base.
We are all about great food and service hence we’re lookingto hire a motivated and passionate candidate to join our experienced kitchenteam.
As a restaurant supervisor you are required to haveexperience in a similar environment where you are used to working well in ateam, serving a consistently high standard of food in a busy environment. Wewill equip you with all you need and develop your skills further with potentialto move up the manager ranks. You are required to be confident and have anatural people skills style.
Competitive pay plus great cash tips. 40-45 hours per week,some split shifts and some straight shifts with breaks. 2 days off a week. Overtimeis paid if you wish to work overtime.
We provide uniforms. We will feed you whilst you are workingand you receive 50% staff discount when you dine with your family in ourrestaurant.
