About us:

Brouge Gastropub Twickenham is a family run pub restaurant servingfresh food in the restaurant, bar and garden in the summer.

We cater for functions with set menus or buffet, forweddings, rugby matches and a high number of regular customer base.

We are all about great food and service hence we’re lookingto hire a motivated and passionate candidate to join our experienced kitchenteam.

 

About You:

As a Commis Chef you are required to have experience in asimilar environment where you are used to working well in a team, serving aconsistently high standard of food in a busy environment. We will equip youwith all you need and develop your skills further with potential to move up thechef ranks. You are required to be confident in running a section and have anatural people skills style.

 

The role:

Competitive pay plus tips plus bonus, 28 days paid holidays.40-45 hours per week, some split shifts and some straight shifts with breaks. 2days off a week. Overtime is paid if you wish to work overtime.

We provide uniforms and knifes and launder your uniform evenif you’re comfortable wearing your own.

We will feed you whilst you are working and you receive 50%staff discount when you dine with your family in our restaurant.

You will be joining a professional team.
