As a Chef De Partie you are required to have experience aseither Senior Commis Chef or Junior Chef De Partie in a similar environmentwhere you are used to working well in a team, serving a consistently highstandard of food in a busy environment. We will equip you with all you need anddevelop your skills further with potential to move up the chef ranks. You arerequired to be confident in running a section and have a natural peoplemanagement style.
£24,000 salary per annum plus tips plus bonus, 28 days paid holidays.45-48 hours per week, some split shifts and some straight shifts with breaks. 2days off a week. Overtime is paid if you wish to work overtime.
We provide uniforms and knifes and launder your uniform evenif you’re comfortable wearing your own.
We will feed you whilst you are working and you receive 50%staff discount when you dine with your family in our restaurant.
